Hello! I am in Liberia as a volunteer. A school here asked me about my opinion of Rachel. I am doing my information gathering.

Hello Tricia, I know that the We-care foundation and the Swedish Embassy in Monrovia have deployed a few RACHELs in the past.
Jessica - are you still working with RACHEL? Are you aware of any BYU related projects in this area? I am currenly working at the Ballard Center. Thank you!
