Hi @Mnasir_Jr - You can connect to the RACHEL-Plus using your router, or directly to the RACHEL-Plus from the PC with an ethernet cable. If you want to connect directly to a PC without the internet you will need to use the right port
From the right port, the RACHEL-Plus is available at IP address 203.30.1.1 during any connections.
If you want to back up any modules or data from the device before we continue, you can follow this guide that will explain how to connect and transfer modules. Please let me know if there is anything other than modules you’d like to back up and I can help with that.
I will message you the login/password to use. If you are comfortable with this process, we can try to fix the device without a recovery USB.
