Hi,

Our device name is WRTD-303N_1c497b843cf0 with firmware version 1.2.16-rooted

My problem: I cannot get the device updated although the device is connected to the internet and I can access the internet through the device.

Please help

We no longer support the RACHEL-Plus V1 as it has not been sold by us for many years. There are no supported updates available past that recovery image.
