I would like to know how to reach Rachel and discus about rural secondary school’s support for offline content and ICT resource center for 31 secondary schools, in Tandahimba Mtwara where more than 50% students do not have a chance to continue to A level due to poor performance caused by poor access to learning material and quality learning and teaching facilitues.
