My team purchased 4 Rachel servers with content pre loaded to use in Cambodia with students and teachers that primarily speak Khmer. The landing page of the Rachel and a majority of the content in the modules is in English.

Is there a way to translate the landing page to Khmer offline?

There is a lot of great content preloaded in English - is there any way to translate that content to Khmer to make it useable for the students? We had the idea of using google translate on pages but that only works when connected to the internet. Has anyone found a good way to translate content or do users typically upload their own content in their language instead?
Any suggestions are welcome!
