The Biblioteca de Latino America module is not working. Keep getting “Forbidden to Access” error message.

I’m not very familiar with that module, did it come pre-installed on the device?
Can you send the last 6 digits of the MAC ID from the back of the device?
No, its a raspberry pi 5 and we installed it from the site.
