Please see my Admin Page where the Available Modules Window is blank. It just has a circling icon like it’s trying to fetch the modules. been doing this for 8hours +
what version device are you using? Can you provide the MAC?

So i have installed an image on the RPI 4 and getting the same blank a Module page. please see the screenshots attached
You can hook up a screen to RPI and add modules into modules folder. You can also do this with the terminal and modules loaded to a USB

i hope all’s well with you. I have hooked up a monitor to the RPI and I’m stuck. where and how do i add the downloaded modules to the modules folder? there is only a Rachel login prompt. Am I supposed to get to a GUI?
Hi @walash - I’m sorry, I’m not sure as we didn’t create that image. Have you tried all the combinations you can find to login there?
In the admin console in the settings tab is there an option to upload a zip file?

Can you guide me with this: You can hook up a screen to RPI and add modules into modules folder. I’m not sure what to do after connecting the monitor. am i supposed to login in as root and then see a GUI that i can copy modules from maybe a USB stick into the RPI?

Yes .I can log into the device via…clicking on Admin and using the admin + Rachel pwd. If u mean via winscp, etc…no I can’t log in that way. I don’t know the login details for the device.
Can you login to Rachel from the terminal when on a screen?
what login info would i use to do that. same Admin / Rachel+1?
I don’t know. World possible didn’t make that image. I don’t have a copy. You’d have to look around for user names and passwords

this gets more confusing when you say WP didn’t make that image. i downloaded 2 images from this forum. 1 was the Linux Mint 20 which allows you to install Rachel on Oracle VirtualBox on a Windows PC. and then i downloaded this:
Are you saying the image in here (not the Windows PC image) is not from World Possible? That’s the one I’m trying to log into via WindSCP.
Correct. World Possible stopped making the pi image in 2018 so we could focus on RACHEL plus. Some volunteers kept it alive and posted it here on the forums but they are not active right now. I don’t have any more information than you do.
Oh ok. I didn’t know this. So what you post or support now on here is strictly for RACHEL PLUS.
