Can't see KA videos from Android/Chrome or Firefox

I can see KA videos served from my Rachel Pi with a Pi 3B, but only when viewed from my desktop.When viewed from my Android phone running Chrome or Firefox I get the video window, but not the content. This does not seem to be the permissions issue documented elsewhere

Any thoughts?

and just to focus this and make it NOT a KA/Rachel question… I can download from the browser and view the MP4 files just fine, they just don’t appear in the browser window… e.g.: See Screencapture.

Video playing does not work when Android “Data Saver” is enabled. Nice that this was so easy to discover (not!).
