Connecting to internet through firewall

Hi
I want to connect my Rachel Plus to the internet to install some more modules and also check for update but its giving me Internal Error.
My internet connection is through Cyberoam Firewall.

Im thinking maybe the firewall is blocking my internet connection; any device that needs to connect to internet has to put user name and password first in the cyberoam captive portal and than it will go to internet.

any thoughts on this.

There has to be a way in your firewall to change settings for an IP address or something. Our device cannot enter a username and password.
