Connection Timed Out

Hello,

I am using a brand new RACHEL PLUS and when I connect to it through the wifi settings on my phone the RACHEL homepage comes up. If I close my settings app (and the RACHEL homepage with it) and open a Chrome browser, I get connection timed out with 192.168.88.1 in the omnibox. I feel I am missing an obvious step.

So with some playing around I discovered that when I turn my data off everything works fine. Should that be required for everything to work on a mobile device?

If you are connected to the Rachel Plus via WiFi, then you shouldn’t be connected to your network provider’s data.
