We are not seeing the KA content on 2 HP lap tops using Firefox 3.6.2 on a windows 7 OS. The links to the content appear correct however the content page shows a basic title unformated. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Kind regards Patrick
Videos and exercises not showing on your laptop screen or tablet can be caused by an outdated web browser. We had experienced this issue when using Rachel.
If you are online, you can download latest version of google chrome and install it in your computer. Hopefully, it will not happen again.
