Hello, i’m writing a grant proposal for using the RACHEL in South Sudan and I have some questions i’d appreciate answers to:

1. Does the large 30 laptop + RACHEL + charging case kit include headphones? I see them in the picture but not in the description
2. Is it possible to purchase the ‘wheeled charging case’ individually without the whole kit if we already have laptops/tablets? Cost? And what may be the shipping cost to Juba in South Sudan per case? (Shipping the 30 laptop kit to South Sudan seemed to be $971 USD each but may be based on weight)
3. Does the wheeled charging case need to be plugged in while charging the tablets/laptops or does it retain a charge?
4. How long might the charging case take to charge 30 laptops or tablets fully?
5. Is the case compatible with any and all laptops/tablets or only specific types (assuming charging cables are not provided with the case if the case is purchased from World Possible bu not the laptops)?
6. Do you have any recommendations on what we should budget for maintenance costs per MLL of 30 tablets/laptops?
7. Do you have any recommendations for the type of solar equipment required or at least voltage required for one MLL (charging case, 30 laptops or tablets, RACHEL)?

  We’ve never done that before. My concern is that your laptops or tablets have different charging ports or thickness and might not fit. The shipping cost doesn’t change, this is actually billed on the size.

  Depends on the laptops or tablets. But generally the charge is about 50% slower than one laptop per outlet
• Is the case compatible with any and all laptops/tablets or only specific types (assuming charging cables are not provided with the case if the case is purchased from World Possible bu not the laptops)?
  The case only supports USB C charging. There’s an adapter block in it for USB C Charginf.
• Do you have any recommendations on what we should budget for maintenance costs per MLL of 30 tablets/laptops?
• I really don’t have the local context for that
