FTP access for adding modules on RACHEL-PLUS 3.0

Hi, I am unable to access the Rachel Plus 3.0 using Filezilla, using 192.168.88.1, port 22.
I tried to add a module to my Rachel and don’t have the username or password for FTP access.
How do I get the FTP credentials (My order #2314)?
