We are leaving next week for Tanzania, bought a 3rd and new Rachel because of the LMS and it worked fine the first day but now I cant get the wireless to work. It did run out of power and when I restarted it it wouldn’t come up with the wireless.
Can you either send a new one urgently or help me… 516-909-3595, can anytime!

I just received the Rachel plus, used it once where it worked fine and now on my second use the wireless will not activate. I am leaving for Tanzania on 9/10/18. Please help
