How to Identify SSH Access Credentials

We are working on an initiative that spans multiple Rachel Plus units. I believe we have units that include the 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 models. We need to SSH into these devices and cannot consistently find the right way to identify the SSH credentials. Can someone point me as to how to do this?

I’m available to discuss via phone as well.

Hi @itburkealert – please PM an order number. the SSH credentials are all the same, but I don’t want to post them publicly here unless I can confirm you were the purchasor.
