How to update the standard issue content on Rachel

I am a brand new Rachel user. Today I powered up my Rachel server for the first time, logged in as Admin, navigated to Version, and attempted to check for updates.

I got back a “X Can’t Connect” message on the Content Shell and a whole bunch of "X Internal Error (4)” messages.

Sure could use some guidance on how to proceed.

Hi Bob,

That could be a server issue on our end. When you go to “install” instead of update, do you see a list of modules available to install?

If you’re connected to your RACHEL WiFi via a computer or tablet, can you browse the internet through the RACHEL WiFi?
