No Module Found

I turned on my RACHEL and it has the following message: “No Module Found.”. I logged into the Admin portal and it also has the same error message. Appreciate any solution to this error

Which model of RACHEL device is this happening on?


This is running a very old version of RACHEL. It’s hard to say what the issue is, but you may need to do a recovery to try and fix any issues. I’ll send you a message with a link to the recovery USB that will hopefully repair it.
