I would like to upload a module to our Rachel +. I watched the video on how to do that, however I do not know the FTP credentials. All of the known passwords for it do not work. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Are you using the WinSCP method to transfer modules to your device? If so, this is FTP over SSH, and uses the same login/password as the SSH credentials. I will provide these in a private message to you.
