If you are having trouble with your RACHEL 3 or 4 (CMAL 100 model on the back), please download the attached file and attempt to re-image your device.

I used the recovery pen drive provided with the RACHEL device. However, after loading, it displayed a drive error.
You will have to follow the instructions to change the USB and to wipe the entire drive and start over
