Hello - yes, this is the issue that appears when a hard drive has fully failed unfortunately. Are you in the United States? We can try repairing or replacing the drive here if you can get it to us. It’s out of warranty so you’d have to cover shipping, but we will take a look and see if we can repair it or provide a quote to replace the drive.
