RACHEL-Pi Hotspot unreachable by clients devices

J’ai installé sur Raspberry Pi 4 et 5 the last version rachel_pi_64bit_03_14_2024.img.
Like the older versions, RACHEL-Pi Hotspot is unreachable by clients devices such as RPI 4, RPI 5 or Ubuntu Laptop.

Is some one to help me for our GITAL CLASSROOMS FOR 3 VILLAGES IN SENEGAL.
