Hello ,we have problem with Rachel 3.0 , it does not power on
no blue light is emitted .we can’t access Rachel contents through LAN or Wifi. What can be done to fix it?

There’s not much we can do when it comes to power failure on a device. We don’t suggest trying to fix anything in terms of opening it up and playing with the battery or power related components.
