Rachel plus 4.0 is not working ,can’t power on. Blue light is not emitted

Hello, we purchased Rachel 4.0 recently and use for about 2 weeks , now it is not working .It can’t turn on the blue light and we can’t access the contents. What can be done to fix this . We need help please.
