Rachel plus reset button

I have tried using the reset button but seems not work,i have two Rachel Pluses that wont show hotspot or wont work on using Rachel usb.

Are you saying you’ve used a recovery USB and the device still does not function?

Update Firmware on RACHEL-Plus 2.0 (WAPD-235N Model)

Hi jeremy,have tried using usb recovery for version 2.0 downloaded and wrote the image on to a usb but still not working,trid the ven the reset button but nothing.NO wifi signal at all
