It is possible. The OS is 16.04 Ubuntu. PHP 8.1 isn’t available and upgrading the OS breaks the WIFI connectivity as well as the RACHEL implementation with all running services.
Freexian is a paid repository you can get access to which makes PHP8.1 available, but you would have to contact them to get a license and then configure it on the system. Freexian's PHP LTS offer now supports Ubuntu 16.04 | Freexian
