Rachel's on button is on but no WiFi

Hello,
I’ve got RACHEL-Plus 4 ( [d45c6c]

After pushing & holding down RACHEL’s on button for up to 10 seconds, the blue dot turns on. However, the Wi-Fi signal light will not flash, and cannot connect to the RACHEL+

May I know how to proceed it, please?

Hello @Khinelay,

It’s possible there has been a power surge or some other issue with the hardware but it’s difficult to say. If you leave the device on for 30+ minutes and the WIFI light doesn’t turn on, you may need to run the USB recovery. You can also try to connect to the device via an ethernet cable plugged into the back and see if you can access it to check the WIFI settings.
