Greetings Rwandan users, we’d love to know good sources for hardware vendors. We will be using RACHEL in Rwamagana. Has anyone had experience with RACHEL arriving by DHL and related customs issues?

Hello, we use the Rachel device for training in Kigali and at a refugee camp. I am sorry I don’t have much info for you, some people in our training use Positivo laptops and they have worked fine. We haven’t used DHL.
