Hi!. Do you have release note for rachel 1.0 and rachel 3.0 and 3.1.1?
We got rachel 3.1.1 recently but all have same contents , even wikipedia which is always updated? We tried to update wikipedia module and the system failed to update.
How can we get the latest update similar to the online version ,so that we rely with offline version.
