I just want to know the format of video supported when we want to upload or add video content in teachers local content uploading.
We had trouble with Namibia teachers during training. They were not able to play the video content they uploaded.

Any video file uploaded to Local Content should work if the users browser supports them. What format were the videos that were not able to play?
