Just wondering why all ebooks on Rachel are in pdf format. This takes out the reading and interactivity features that are available in some ebooks especially in epub format. Is it because RACHEL cannot support epub?
I’m not sure there is anything preventing use of epub. Mostly I think PDF has greater universal support and was more widely available when we gathered open source books. I’m not sure if those are available as epub, but if you had epub downloaded and loaded them to the server it should work fine.
