while I was trying to upload my content or files to categories of rachel plus device, It says that internal server error? Can any one help me??

Hi @tagayzebene - we are working on this fix. Can you tell me the last six digits of the MAC ID (on the back of the device)? Where are you located?

Thank you Jeremy, I am in Ethiopia, Tigray region, We had bought 11 servers and around 320 crombooks from the US. and let me send you at least one server MAC ID and here it is= Da9bf9
